Reconnecting to Your Body
Okay everyone, Thanksgiving is next week. That may or may not be a holiday you observe but I’m sure you can feel the holiday season upon us. And, often, during all of the holiday hustle and bustle we can lose connection with ourselves. So, for this mindset boost I’m going to take you through a practice to help you check in with yourself and reconnect to your body.
Don’t wait until you HAVE time to check in on yourself. TAKE the time. You have permission.
