First, what is the practice of affirmations? An affirmation is a positive statement or a declaration that is used to influence your thoughts and beliefs in a constructive way. The idea is that by regularly repeating these statements, you can help shape your mindset, reinforce positive behavior, and lean towards the desired outcomes in your life.

For example, an affirmation might be something like, "I am confident and capable" or "I attract positivity and success." The goal is to replace negative or self-limiting beliefs with positive ones, which can potentially lead to improved self-esteem, motivation, and overall well-being.
